Our Scouts celebrating World Thinking Day 22nd February 2022

Cheque Presentation

Today we were presented with the cheque for £7500 which will fund the projects voted for by our P4-7 pupils.

The projects they selected were an outdoor classroom, den building equipment and outdoor experiences in our local area. We are very excited to start planning for these exciting opportunities.

Harvest Donations

Thank you for all the harvest donations that you sent in. Our P7 leaders took the donations to The Zone today.

Young People’s Participatory Budgeting

Our P4-7 pupils visited the Community Centre to cast their votes for young people’s projects. We have secured funding for an outdoor classroom, outdoor experiences and den building equipment, a sum which totals £7,500. Our house captains did an excellent job helping our classes cast their votes.

Dalmellington Parish Participatory Budgeting

Our Parent Council were successful in securing funding for our young people to have swimming lessons and for our P7 pupils to have P7 ‘ residential’ activities. Thank you to all our families who came along to vote for us.
