We have enjoyed our introduction session with Ayrshire Roads Alliance in Kilwinning in September to kick start our work on JRSO.

 

Jamie and Hannah have been interviewed for the Lead Roles of JRSO and are being very well supported by our pupil group, who meet every second Friday.  The group have decided that we will have a focus each month:

September – name the Mascot (a Chocolate Labrador!)

October – Be Bright Be Seen

November – Winter Tyre Checks and car safety for winter months.

December – Design a Christmas jumper for our mascot.

January – Car seats and seatbelt safety.

February – Bike Safety

March – Green Cross Code

April – Design the JRSO box

May – Walk to School Week

June – celebrating success and appointing next years JRSO leads.
