ECC Registration
Information about registration is available on East Ayrshire Council’s website. (Link to apply is at bottom of this page).
The online application will be available from Monday 26 February until midnight on Sunday 10 March 2024.
It is important that you make application by 10 March 2024 noting your first choice of centre. You should also identify your second choice of centre and preferred pattern of attendance on the application form as there may be occasions when you cannot access a place in your first choice of centre. Applications which do not indicate a second choice may not be considered.
How to apply
To complete the online application you will require to upload:
- a copy of your child’s full birth certificate
- two proofs of your residency, for example, Council Tax Notice and utility bill
Should you require a copy of your child’s birth certificate for registration, this can be obtained at Certificates.scot.

ECC Reduced Service
Please see the attached letter from East Ayrshire Council which provides information on the reduced service at our Centre on 14th February 2024.
ECC February Holidays
Our Centre will be closed for the February holidays on Friday 9th and Monday 12th, we will also be closed for the in-service day on Tuesday 13th. The Centre will re-open on Wednesday 14th February.
ECC Reduced Service for week beginning 5th February
Unfortunately, due to staff absences, we will have to operate a reduced service next week. Please see the letter below from East Ayrshire Council.

ECC Staffing Update
Staffing Update
Last week we were delighted to welcome Donna Sim from Cairns E.C.C. to our Centre to work with us and this week we will have Carrie Whyte from Cairns E.C.C.
On Monday and Friday we will also have Hazel Wills our Community Practitioner coming to help us for a few hours on these days and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we will have another Community Practitioner with us. This is due to staff absence within our Centre.
We will continue to keep you updated on our staffing. Thank you for your continued support.
