Parent Open Evening/Drop-in Event – March 15th 3.15-4.45

During the session, a range of information stations will be set up in the gym hall which will highlight the main areas of development we have been working on since August. There will also be some consultation items which we would like some parental feedback on. Planned activities will focus on the following areas:

1. Health and Wellbeing – Examples of what we have done and our current initiatives

2. Planning across the Curriculum – How we plan across the curricular levels

3. Assessing Pupil Progress – Use of GL Assessments

4. Rights Respecting Schools Award (RRSA) – Going for Gold

5. ECC and P1 – Transition, Play Pedagogy and Early Years Frameworks/Policies

6. Our Pupil Committees – How they run and what they do

7. Recent events – World of Work/STEM & the P7 Residential experience

8. Curriculum Design Consultation – Rationale and planning for Fenwick PS & ECC Our

9. School Garden – Consultation and ideas including wellbeing for all

10. Parent Council – Information sharing and anti-bullying presentation
