10 AM Post; 7 Min HIIT Workout

Good Morning everyone,  I hope you are all keeping well and feeling optimistic.  The best way to keep us feeling positive and energized at this worrying time is exercise!  We have enjoyed taking part in Joe Wicks PE session each day on You Tube, you can live stream the session each morning or access the previous days sessions at any time of the day.  I have made a 7 Minute HIIT Workout you can have some fun with, please give it a little go .  Any videos or pictures would be lovely to see, have a good day!

2 pm Health and Well-being; Talking about our worries

At this time of worry and uncertainty it’s important to take time to talk to our children about how they are feeling and what they are worried about and offer some reassurance.  Remember give plenty of praise when your child talks about their feelings, it encourages them to be more open.  

Have fun drawing your own sheet at home, “How do we make a worried face?”

A special visitor in the ECC today

We had a visit from Howard today, a ranger from Dean Castle and Country Park, who was awarding us with our very own apple tree.  This was our treat for winning the competition last year with our fantastic creation Alaalaenaeeee.  We even got to make our very own apple juice.
