Good Morning everyone, I hope you are all keeping well and feeling optimistic. The best way to keep us feeling positive and energized at this worrying time is exercise! We have enjoyed taking part in Joe Wicks PE session each day on You Tube, you can live stream the session each morning or access the previous days sessions at any time of the day.
