Leadership is recognised as one of the most important aspects of success in any school. Leaders at all levels who are empowered, and who empower others to take ownership of their own learning, have a strong track record of ensuring the highest quality of learning and teaching. In turn, this helps to ensure that all children and young people achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our aim is to develop greater collaborative leadership at system level across the South West by providing opportunities for leaders at different levels to work jointly on common problems and issues.
