New transition resources are now available from The West Partnership, including:

  • Question Time film presented by STV’s Laura Boyd, featuring West OS S1 Ambassadors – this resource is a really great way for any P7 teacher to help their learners over the last few weeks of term. It is a short, 10-minute video and it is there to offer advice, support and motivation to learners.
  • A Learner Support Guide that answers secondary school questions that P7 learners may have. This is extremely child friendly, and schools can email this out, upload or print.
  • A Parent and Carer Guide that also offers advice and ideas on how to support their child with P7-S1 school transition.
