Mass – Ascension of Jesus

Today, as a school, we attended Mass for the Holy Day of Obligation – the Ascension of Jesus. The children have learned about this event this week and joined the parish today to celebrate in Mass. Primary 5-7 read the bidding prayers as usual but today the church was much fuller than it usually is for our school masses! A huge well done to Lolah, Ry, Rubie, Ava W. and Myra who showed great courage and enthusiasm. And another well done to the entire school who were excellently behaved and represented our school very well.
