Kirkcolm Primary School

– what have we been up to?

Our Turn as the Audience

This afternoon the boys and girls enjoyed a little trip to the Ryan Centre to enjoy an end of term treat after a jam-packed term! After having an early lunch we jumped on the coach and headed to the cinema where we were joined by other schools including our friends from Leswalt! 🙂
We watched the film ‘Inside Out 2’ a fab tale about a girl called Ryleigh and her very many emotions and how they navigate through the big change of growing up, friendships and new feeling. It was a fun-filled rollercoaster of emotions which made us laugh from start to finish! 😀😨😳🤭😍

Many of us had already watched the origin

al Inside Out film and were a bit apprehensive about how the sequel could possibly live up to the hype of the first film but we were very pleasantly surprised – a 5 ⭐ rating from all of us!
After a very successful show yesterday, it is fair to say that the boys and girls of Kirkcolm Primary are well and truly knackered after their own show-stopping performance last night and definitely deserved to take their turn as an audience member for a chance, kick back and relax – another huge well done everyone 👏

A huge big thank you to the Ryan Centre Staff and organisers of the Intu Film Festival as well as Mrs Baillie for paying for our transport 🚌
