P1 Senses
Recently Primary 1 have been learning all about their senses. They have been learning which part of the body links to each sense with the help of Mr Potato Head. They also had a go at writing the different senses and drawing pictures. Here are some pictures:
Primary 1 Writing
Names
Lately Primary 1 have been learning how to write their names. They have been given a written copy and then wrote their names out. They have been now been writing their names on 
all of their work.
First Piece Of Writing
Primary 1 have been learning about sounds. Miss Douglas asked them to write about anything that they wanted using their sounds that they have learned about. They all really enjoyed it. 
P1/2 Is Settling In Well
In P1/2 everyone has been settling in very well. They have all made amazing friends. They have been working very hard with every task given and listening to every thing Mrs Wright says. Mrs Wright is very pleased with there progress so far and is excited for the year ahead.

P6 Blog!!
Hello! This your P6 digital leaders Evie and Katelyn. We have been working very hard since we came into P6, here are some of the things we have been doing. In Maths with Mrs Sloan we have been working on the nets of 3D shapes and learning the edges, vertices and faces with polydron. In Maths with Mrs Sim we have been rounding numbers – some of us are rounding millions!
In Literacy with Mrs Sim we have been watching Newsround, taking notes then put it into a summary. In Literacy with Mrs SIoan we are starting to write our own Blog and working on poetry .
In P.E with Mr Sharp we have been learning tennis skills and working with a partner . With Mrs Sim we have been playing hockey.
In IDL, our new topic is ‘Democracy’. We have been researching all of these things with a partner and finding out the four main political parties. We are exciting to make our own class parties.
