On Monday 3rd October P7 visited Dumfries High School to take part in Play In  A Day!

The topic we were learning about was social media and what could go wrong on social media. – Iona

At Play In A Day we developed our drama skills by scripting and acting out a play about the dangers of social media.- Reuben

Some of the pupils at DHS took little groups to help us make up a dance for the rap which we learned. _ Lacey

We used our acting skills to create a play in little groups.- Kacey.

We each got to go in a little group and act out situations which could happen on an online platform. – Aila

We all got to act the play out in front of some of our parents. We all really enjoyed it!- Moaz

At Play In A Day I thought it was really fun when we were acting it out but it was also a little nerve-wracking. _ Ella

We participated in lots of fun games such as Eastenders and Zip Zap.- Jaiden

Before lunch we went outside to play some sports with the Sports Ambassadors. We played rounders and ultimate frizbee. – Wilson

At the end of the day we were all pleased with ourselves for performing in front of our parents. – Skye
