Kells Primary celebrated what would have been Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday on the 13th September. Both classes enjoyed dressing up as their favourite characters and participating in lots of activities inspired by his books.
P3 pupils had great fun lifting the potatoes and carrots that they had grown recently. Some of the carrots came third in the Corsock Show funny vegetables competition. The class then used all the vegetables that they had grown to make soup with Jackie Poval in the kitchen.
