Pupils from Kells Primary took part in a Creative Writing Competition organised by Wigtown Book Festival on ‘The Dark Sky’ before the summer holidays. The school was delighted to find out recently that four pupils had been awarded prizes. Freya was third in the P1-4 category. In the category for P5-7 pupils, Erin was first, Yelena was second and Mia was third. Well done to all four pupils!
