Primary 5 had their first Woodland session of the new school year. They had been introduced to their new class novel, Kensuke’s Kingdom and made their own boats, in teams. The boat needed to have a sail and be large enough for the group to stand on.
Primary 5 then enjoyed some role play on their boats!
We have started the school year with teamwork and leadership during soft starts, at the beginning of the day. P5 have used problem solving skills and learned new games. The children have enjoyed the new Table Leader system too, which has helped in the team games.
