Satisfaction Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete and return our recent Satisfaction Survey.  The information we gain from this is extremely valuable to us and helps to inform our School Improvement Planning.

We are pleased that this year’s returns show an increase in positive responses, particularly amongst our pupils.  One measure we use is a whole school ‘satisfaction score’ which brings together the responses of parents, pupils, staff and, for the first time, our professional and community partners.  When we calculated this 2 years ago we got a score of 72% (based on the maximum score achievable had everyone responded to all statements as strongly agreed).  This year we are delighted that this has risen to 81%.

This improvement reflects the hard work done by all staff to improve the learning and teaching in the school, and indicates that we are moving in the right direction.  However, there are always things we can improve on and we will be working on these over the coming sessions.

If you would like to read the full report it has now been added to our Useful Documents section.
