On Thursday afternoon, parents were invited to take part in a big writing workshop led by P4/5 pupils. Parents learned about the impact of vocabulary, connectives, openers and punctuation (VCOP) on their child’s writing and different activities which can encourage their use in pieces of writing.
Following the workshop pupils then performed a Roman play and song to parents, bringing together their skills and knowledge developed together through this topic.
