Dates For Your Diary

We would like to remind you that Monday 6th May is a holiday for Nursery and school so we hope that you enjoy your long weekend.
On our return on Tuesday we have a visit in school from Carlisle Embroidery from 2.00 until 4.00 if you would like to order uniform. There are several other dates in the “Dates for your Diary” link on the right over the next few weeks, including our Fun Activity event, our Open Evening with the barbecue finishing off May on the 31st. We will update our “Dates for your Diary” as more events are arranged.

New Term

We hope that everyone has enjoyed their holidays with their families. You will no doubt have lots of tales to tell us when you return.
Nursery starts back tomorrow (Tuesday, April 23rd) at our normal times. Please remember that those starting at 8.00 should all use the Rainbow Room entrance.
Details of upcoming events this term can be found on the “Dates for your Diary” link on the right under “Support Information”. As always, this will be updated as soon as any further dates are finalised.
We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow especially our new children and their families.

Enrolment

Wednesday and Thursday (27th and 28th February) of this week are enrolment days for children who will attend Nursery in the next academic year. As well as new children, current children returning to Nursery next year will also need to complete a new enrolment form.
Please come along to the school office with your child’s birth certificate and proof of address to complete an enrolment form. Please check the name of your Health Visitor, if you are unsure, as you will need this as part of the enrolment process.

Story And Rhymes

We would like to remind you about our Story and Rhyme sessions starting back this Thursday 14th February from 9.15 – 10.00. Eileen, our Family Learning Co-ordinator, is looking forward to meeting you in the Family Room every Thursday from this week. All parents/carers and younger siblings are welcome.

Start Of Term

Tomorrow, Monday 7th January, will be the start of term and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again, along with the twelve new children who will also be getting ready for their first day. We hope that they are excited to be starting Nursery and are looking forward to making new friends. No doubt everyone will make them feel welcome and we hope that this is the beginning of a happy experience for the children and their families.
Our extended sessions start from tomorrow so we look forward to seeing you from 8.00 onwards depending on your chosen hours.
