Gym Time – Gymnastic Skills and Movement

We have been learning all about space, balance and rolls in the gym hall.  Yesterday we all managed to follow the steps to do a safe and controlled pencil and forward roll.

We we made up 4 steps to help us with tricky forward rolls.  These steps are-

1. Do the froggy

2. Tuck in head

3. Bottom up

4. Let’s roll!!!
