Staying safe online whether you are an adult or child has never been more important. Google has issued advice for all parents and carers as part of their “Be Internet Legends” campaign. It goes hand in hand with the app available in Glow called “Be Internet Awesome – Interland”. This is a game developed by the Google Team to encourage young people to not only be safe online, but kind and courteous to others. The link to the parental website is below.
The colour coded headings on the parent site relate directly to the colour coded worlds in the Interland game. This means, as a parent, you can support your pupil through the game and be able to relate to the different aspects of the game they are experiencing.
