We have planned to allow the children the chance to experience a taste of Italy on Wednesday. Don’t worry, since my passport has expired and I haven’t the time to renew it because I am too busy blogging, this activity will take place in the classroom. The focus for learning will be to promote a deeper understanding of the concepts of one whole and a half ( by deeper i don’t mean deep pan, we will rather stick to thin and crispy. Ideally if I could get 2 adults to help that would be great. Just let me know. Don’t worry I won’t be too cheesed off if you can’t make it.
P.s. the trip to the local cafe has been confirmed for Friday. Both Primary 1 classes will be involved. Miss Dryburgh and myself have carried out a robust risk assessment and in addition to the three school staff could we ask for 4 helpers ( 2 from each class.)
Thanks
Hi Mr Pennie, I am happy to help with the trip to the cafe on Friday if you are still looking for helpers. I have an appointment at 12 noon but could do anytime in the morning.
so sorry i couldnt help today! i would much rather have made pizza than having to work! hope it went well !
Mrs Muir you are a star, just come in with Zoe at 9.00 since we will be heading up as soon as we are ready.
Don’t worry Miss Meller, this working for a living is over-rated. The pizzas turned out well, your boy tried all the toppings and his half of the pizza was so heavy he could hardly even lift it!
