Multi-agency Public Protection Learning and Practice Development Learning Outcomes – 29-07-21 (v1.5)

At this time we are unsure when we will be returning to delivering face to face training at local venues. Therefore the attached calendar has been developed to reflect the current Scottish Government Guidance and the training provided will be facilitated via MS teams. When this changes we will inform you and will hopefully be able to move when it is safe to do so back to training in venues.

In addition to the training in the calendar there are a number of elearning modules that can accessed through Clacks Academy under the theme of Public Protection.

Before signing up for any of the training offered please take time to read through the learning outcomes booklet and discuss this with your line manager/supervisor if the training you wish to attend is relevant to your; role & responsibility, needs of the service and your own professional development or all three. For some of the training there may be pre course reading to completed and we would encourage you to complete this to be able to get the most from the learning offered.

Practitioner forums have been included for those colleagues who may have attended the original training and would like to meet with other trained practitioners to share best practice and support from peers.
