Term 3 week 3

This week we have done some exciting birds eye views in art with Mrs Swan!

Also we read a lot of The Boy Who Swam With Piranhas and Stan is about to jump in to the piranha tank and we saw Auntie Annie and Uncle Ernie.

Maths is up next: we have been learning about the Bus Stop method. It is quite easy when you get the hang of it!

In spelling we are learning to use homophones in our everyday life properly, for example : hair/hare, stare/stair and there/their/they’re.

We also started our new topic on rocks the three types are called igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary. We are all really excited to learn more about these rocks!

Finally we have a special announcement: we have a French student coming to learn to be a teacher  in our class. His name is Mr Robieu!
