week 6 – 7

This week we have been busy!

In health and wellbeing we have been learning the third letter of SHANARRI. The first A stands for achieving.

In writing we were writing about our favourite places.

This week we also had French and we learnt a French song with our teacher. Then we switched to science with another teacher.

In maths we have been learning about addition and some subtraction.

We have also read a few more chapters of the “boy who swam with piranhas”. It’s been really good so far. We have also done some listening: it’s when the teacher gives us an instructions and we have to draw it, colour it or write it but she only repeats it twice.

We’ve also had paired reading and we had an assembly about Macmillan cancer support charity.

Week 7 was just as busy! We got more confident with our subtractions, finished the first part of our book, worked hard on spelling and mastered at being “kings of silence” (It’s a French game pupils and children play in France, “le roi du silence”).

It was very quiet as we most of the time were the only class in the senior area with the P7s being in Dalguise.

We’ve been so productive and hard-working that we ran out of time to write our blog entry. But stay tuned, we’ll post more after the holidays!

Thanks for reading !
