As my class knows, I love all kinds of puzzles such as crosswords and sudoku. Working out anagrams is another of my favourites so, as an extra challenge this week, I thought you might like to find the answers to the anagrams I’ve created.
If you haven’t heard of anagrams before, don’t worry – the sway explains everything.
You might like to do this with the rest of your family to see who is first to find all the answers. Set a timer and have a whole-family challenge!
Hello, I managed to solve all the hot ones and I really enjoyed it but found some of them hard.
Wow! Great work, Emily. That was quick! If you like, I can make up another one for next week, or maybe you could have a go at making your own for your brother.
GOOD MORNING MS REES I AM DOING YOUR ANAGRAMS!
Glad to hear it, Megan. Good luck!
I tried the spicy one. Some of them were really hard i got my stepdad to help me with some of them.
Good for you, Shaun. I find it helps if I write the letters randomly on a piece of paper. Sometimes the answer just jumps out at you when you see the letters in a different order. 🙂
Hi,Me,Austin and mum just finished the anagrams,we found them all, the sports ones was easier, but number 8 on the animal one was so hard!!!
Well done, Alfie, Austin and Mum! I did wonder if number 8 would confuse some people. Glad you managed to solve them though. Why don’t you pick a different category and make some up for each other to solve? Maybe you could even make one for your teachers! 😉
