Teachers will keep pupils right on what level they are working at and what this means for them. They will also keep you fully informed of any proposed change of level. Pupils will be made aware of where they are with their learning and what their targets are to keep doing well.
You will see a Working Grade on the tracking report after the Level. This is the grade your child is working at, at the moment.
1 Working Grade is a High A
2 Working Grade is a Low A
3 Working Grade is a High B
4 Working Grade is a Low B
5 Working Grade is a High C
6 Working Grade is a low C
7 Working Grade is a High D
8 Working Grade is a low D
9 This is not on track to pass at this level.
P On track to pass a Skills for Work, NPA, N4 or N3 course
F Not on track to pass a Skills for Work, NPA, N4 or N3 course
You will then see a Progress box which will show your child to either be On Track, Nearly on Track or Concerning in terms of their progress. Please contact their PCS teacher at any point to discuss your child’s progress in their subjects.
