Foundation Apprenticeship : Hospitality Level 4

Course Content:

  • This course runs on a Friday and is delivered onsite by lecturers from Dundee & Angus College.

The course is focused on four key areas:

  • Professional Cookery
  • Introduction into Events
  • Working Front of House
  • Hospitality Industry

Assessment:

  • Practical Assessment with some theory.

Progression Pathway:
