Course Content:
- This course runs on a Friday and is delivered onsite by lecturers from Dundee & Angus College.
The course is focused on four key areas:
- Professional Cookery
- Introduction into Events
- Working Front of House
- Hospitality Industry
Assessment:
- Practical Assessment with some theory.
Progression Pathway:
- L5 Hospitality Skills for Work
- SVQ in Professional Cookery
- NPA Hospitality Level 6
