Recommended Entry Requirements:

  • Completion of level 4 Hospitality Skills for Work course in S3

Course Content:

  • This course runs on a Friday and is delivered by lecturers at Dundee & Angus College.

The course is focused on four key areas:

  • Professional Cookery
  • Introduction into Events
  • Working Front of House
  • Hospitality Industry

Assessment:

  • Practical Assessment with some theory.

Progression Pathway:

  • SVQ in Professional Cookery
  • NPA Hospitality Level 6
