- Completion of level 4 Hospitality Skills for Work course in S3
Course Content:
- This course runs on a Friday and is delivered by lecturers at Dundee & Angus College.
The course is focused on four key areas:
- Professional Cookery
- Introduction into Events
- Working Front of House
- Hospitality Industry
Assessment:
- Practical Assessment with some theory.

- SVQ in Professional Cookery
- NPA Hospitality Level 6
