Exercise and Fitness Leadership: Level 6

The NPA allows candidates to develop their personal leadership qualities and to develop their knowledge and skills in fitness training.  Pupils will have to demonstrate and lead others in 3 types of Fitness training from the following options;

– Fixed Weight Training 

– Free Weight Training 

– Circuit Training 

– Cardiovascular Training

To choose this course pupils should have an interest in developing their own fitness and the confidence to lead and organise a group.
