The Advanced Higher Music Course involves performing music, creating original music using compositional methods and music concepts, and developing detailed knowledge and understanding of music and musical literacy. Ideally you are building on a successful completion of Higher Music before starting this course.
There are three areas of assessment at the end of the course:
Performance on two instruments
Composition & Analysis
Understanding question paper
All skills and learning lead towards further study of Music.
Possible careers after studying music include:
