On behalf of all the children and staff, I am delighted to welcome you to our website.

Our school is situated in the beautiful village of Minishant, approximately 5 miles from Ayr and Maybole.

At Minishant Primary School we set high standards with the view to giving our young people the best possible start in life – through nurture, contextualised learning experiences, exploration, teamwork and by making use of the picturesque setting in which we are lucky enough to learn and have fun in each day.

Quite simply, everyone at the school wants to play our part in making Minishant, and the wider community, a more positive, fair and sustainable place to live, work and play.  We believe we can all make a positive difference and our pupils are testament to that positive change.
