Hi everyone,

We have had another fun filled week of learning.

This week we formed our new bubbles within the setting with our friends.  We have the rainbow and the sunshine groups. The ladies are super proud of how well we have all settled into the new routines.

This week we have continued developing our recognition of numbers and our counting skills.

We have played lots of games focusing on our looking and listening skills this week.

The garden has been popular as always.  We love that we can have free flow outdoor play where we choose to spend time developing our gross motor skills on the obstacle courses that we have created and on our tyre swings. We have experimented in water play using our water run (as seen in our photo collage) and we even flew our kite, thanks to the wind this week.

The ladies would like to thank all our parents and carers for your continued support through these ever changing times.  It is much appreciated.  We are loving spending time with our little learners.

Reminder – please can we remind our parents/carers to bring your child to nursery prepared for outdoor play with a suitable jacket and wellies on.  Indoor shoes in their bag with a change of clothes,  thank you.

Hello everyone and welcome back to week two – The Importance of Routines.

We have been discussing the importance of routines at home and at nursery. We enjoyed helping to bath the baby in our small groups, while discussing how we look after ourselves and sharing our different routines in our own homes.

We would like to invite you to discuss with your child why we follow different routines and how these help us in our daily lives.
