Christmas Jumper Day!

SAVE MONEY FOR GUIDE DOGS ON CHRISTMAS JUMPER DAY

Windyknowe are helping guide dogs at Christmas Jumper Day. All children can bring in a donation of any amount of money. If you do not have a Christmas jumper then don’t worry because you can wear a Christmas t-shirt or any Christmas colours.

We are doing this because we want to help guide dogs have more money for food, toys to play with and to help train them. It costs £44,600  to train a guide dog. Primary 6 are responsible for the running and organising of this event.

Facts

  1. Did you know that guide dogs get trained for 14 months?
  2. The date for our jumper day is the 14th of December 2018.

Thank you and have a nice Christmas. We cannot wait to see your jumpers.
