P6bc 25th January

In P6bc we have been rehearsing all of our songs for the P5-7 show.

We have lots of Beatles songs to learn and we are coming along very well!

The children really love Yellow Submarine and sing it with gusto!

The children are really trying hard with All You Need is Love, they say they find it the trickiest!

P6bc 29th November 2022

For the last couple of week, P6bc have been very busy creating things for the Christmas Fayre.

The children have made beautiful clay pots and are just adding the finishing touches this week!  We have created a Christmas banner to go behind our scarecrow.  We have chosen a Spanish theme, so our scarecrow has a flamenco dress on and our banner is a copy of Salvador Dali`s Melting Clocks.

We have also been rehearsing a Christmas song that will be played in the background during the Christmas Fayre.

We all hope to sell the pots and see all friends and family at the Christmas Fayre this Friday.

P6bc Blog Tuesday 8th November

The children have enjoyed researching about World War 2.

Charlie said  “I really enjoy using the devices to find out things that I want to know through free research sessions. ”

Hollie said  ” We have been writing stories about the evacuation and the Blitz and using our writing skills and I like the writing.”

Alden said  ” I thought learning about Dunkirk was so interesting, and I also wrote a story about it too.”

Everyone is using lots of different skills to including uploading their learning on to Teams!
