18th June 2020 – End of Day Blog

Good afternoon Primary 3,

We hope you have had another busy day, learning all about synonyms and exploring the number 30 (Mrs Welsh’s age 😉

It has been a great day for getting outside and working on some of the fitness tasks you have been set as part of our Fitness Fortnight.

Mrs Welsh tried to have a go at today’s Daily Challenge.  She did not do very well at all!  Did you manage any better?

Don’t forget to take part in this year’s Digital Ready Steady Cook. Use the Form posted on the general blog this morning to have a look at the entries and cast your vote.

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Ready, Steady, (Digital)… Cook!

*** Last chance to vote! Voting closes at 3:15pm! ***

We are all missing our annual Ready, Steady, Cook this year so we’ve came up with a fun digital version so we can continue this Windyknowe tradition.

We are delighted that we can share this fun tradition with families, so please feel free to do this form with as many of your household as you wish!

The staff have been busy preparing lots of delicious food during lock-down but which dish tickles your family’s taste-buds the most?

Have a look at each dish and the description. Then, give the dish a star out of 10!

The dish which receives the most stars will be declared the winner!

Votes close on Tuesday the 23rd of June at 3:15pm and the winner announced on Wednesday the 24th of June throughout the day!

Good luck Windyknowe staff, let the best cook win!
