Hi Everyone!

We have been working hard and learning lots of new things over the last few weeks!  Here are some of our highlights.

S – I have enjoyed learning my numbers to 10.

R- I have been forming the letter d.

H – I have enjoyed learning the actions for the different letters.

A – I have enjoyed learning my directions with Mrs Settle.

R – I have enjoyed learning about the senses.

R- Has had a great time reading books with their buddy.

R – I  have enjoyed learning ‘e’.

L – I had fun playing with the beebots in maths.

N – I have liked seeing my buddy.

O – I have enjoyed learning the letter ‘C’

O- I have enjoyed making the beebots move.

R – I have liked learning the number songs.

R – I have enjoyed learning the letter ‘n’.

We have also been learning all about ourselves, such as our senses and our families.  We have also been trying to problem solve by building a bridge to support a small toy!

We hope you have all had a wonderful long weekend. We have been busy in Primary 2 this week.

We made bricks out of clay using our hands. We are going to use the bricks to make houses because our topic is houses and homes.

We have learned that there are lots of types of houses like bungalows, flats, cottages and houses with stairs.

We also enjoyed learning different ways to say hello and goodbye as part of European Languages Day!
