Today is SPORTS DAY. It is always one of our favourite summer term events but there is nothing that can stop us having fun. The ladies have put together a special sports day video so that you can join us in having your very own sports day at home.

Being fit and healthy is not just about exercise, it is important to fill our tummy’s with healthy food too. This will help us grow and learn.
Today’s little challenges are linked below. While completing the tasks, chat about what makes things healthy or unhealthy and how much of these things we should try to eat. The children are really good at discussing this in nursery.
