We have achieved a lot in our few weeks of P3!

We have started making lapbooks, which are mini folders/ books that we then add more information as we learn more through our topic. Some of us have been using the outdoor environment to help us decorate them and document our research. We have found out about different foods that come from the rain forests. We were especially keen to make some 3d pineapples. We have been building our knowlege on place value with practical tasks and learning to use text books! Our outdoors area has been a great place for us to try counting and making collections for easier counting.  We are also busy weeding!
