UNDERSTAND what makes a ‘Good leader’
BE ABLE TO create a list of words that describe a ‘Good Leader’ and apply these words into your own leader drawing
BE ABLE TO focus and mirror the actions from a Just Dance link keeping balance and coordinating your skills
BE ABLE TO take part in different fun activities
Task 1:
Choose a dance link below from ‘Just Dance’ and see how well you do in mirroring the actions;Leadership TemplateLeadership Template

Who can you get involved with you?
TASK 2:
Think of all the different words you can that DESCRIBE a ‘Good Leader’ in PE.
If you are stuck think about people who you look up to and what qualities they have, for example; listening skills, communication, organised
List your words below;
Task 3:
Using the words you have listed above you are going to design your own ‘Sports Leader’. NO WORDS ALLOWED on the picture.
How can you translate the skills into a picture?
For example; Listening skills – you can draw ears on them, Organised – you can draw PE equipment neatly ready
What will your ‘Good Leader’ look like?

These activities are just for some fun to keep you going – they are not compulsory, just enjoy!

Have a go at some of these Dance with Oti and Zumba links; Shrek: Mary Poppins: Jungle Book:

JUGGLING
Can you learn how to juggle? You can use rolled up socks, a growth mindset and determination is needed for this task!

| MINDFULNESS
Complete a cosmic yoga video. Can you do all the movements exactly like the presenter?

STAMINA
Can you scoot, cycle or run round your garden without stopping for 15 minutes?
Keep a record for how long you were able to move for. Can you increase the time each day?
