We have been very busy in our first week back after the holidays!

Skye – I am looking forward to learning about the senses.

Thomas – I have enjoyed writing a recount this week.

Jayden – I am looking forward to the Halloween disco.

Zac – I love writing. I am enjoying it so far.

Brooke – I am excited to learn about our next topic – climate zones!

Maiya – I liked handwriting this week.

Thank you to everyone for your help with our assembly practice at the end of last term. We had lots of fun and think it was a great success!

We presented our assembly on the last day before the October break.
I enjoyed the assembly lots because it was about Harvest and I really like Harvest because I really like the combine harvesters. Charlie
I enjoyed the assembly because we did the Little Red Hen story in French and I was the little red hen!  Niamh
I liked the assembly because I like how people grow food for us and I got to work on the laptop.  Arthur
I enjoyed our assembly because we made bread and I really liked it because we did a tally chart to decide which toppings we would have on the bread.  Megan
I liked the Harvest assembly because the songs were fun to sing and we got bread to eat.  Tommy
So unfortunately I wasn’t at the assembly because I had a runny nose.  Nathan
I liked the assembly because I liked my words in the Little Red Hen story.  Jayden

Aaron – I have learnt about g and l.

Alfie – I learned that teddies have fluff inside and some toys have lots of screws, batteries and wires.

Cameron – I was drawing a story about a mouse.

Charlee – I did great writing about a mouse.

Daniel – I can count up to number 16.

Ellen – I have learnt l for lollipop.

Emin – I have learnt that some toys have computer boards inside.

Emma – Sixteen is a one and a six.

Jack – I have learnt g for gurgle.

Kai – I can count to 16.

Levi – You go down and flick to write l.

Monty – I can count to 16.

Ruby – I know a for ant.

Theo – I can write g for grass.

TJ – Some toys need batteries.

Wiktoria – You can take toys apart and screw them back together again.

Zoe – I found out how a cuddly unicorn’s eyes are put on.
