Hello,

The children have all been given a Spelling Sheet, Numeracy/ Maths Sheet and a Scottish poem to learn as well as their normal spelling words this fortnight. The spelling sheet will give you a variety of different games and activities to support your child throughout the term. The only home learning that needs to be handed in is the maths sheet focusing on time and their reading book.

Recitals for the poems will take place on Wednesday the 23rd, the top two from each class will be selected for the final on the 24th. The children have been told to include expression and actions to enhance the recital.

Just to remind parents the benchball tournament will be taking place on Tuesday the 29th. That week children will be required to wear PE kit on that day as well as their normal Monday and Wednesday. Due to the tournament reading will only be heard on Thursday of that week.
