There has been lots of spooky goings on in nursery as we celebrated Halloween. We had lots of sticky stuff to get our hands into and we even found time to carve a pumpkin. Everyone decorated a scary biscuit and danced to some monster tunes, everyone had a ball.
We’ve been outside a lot this week playing with the outdoor water toys. We used stands to hold the pipes which we made sure all ran into each other so there were no leaks, great fun was had by all.
This week we took advantage of the blustery weather and our new larger garden to make kites, it really was brilliant fun.

Using shaving foam is a great way to practise writing your name!
Every Monday we go to the gym and play lots of running games. It’s great for exercise and it tests our listening skills too.
We had fun on our autumn walk. The puddles were particularly popular!
Then we used the leaves we had found to make some lovely art work.
Last week one of the ladies from Carmondean Library came to visit. She wanted to find out our views about some new release books. She read us three super stories and we had to pick our favourite.

Autumn is upon us and the apples have started falling from the tree in the nursery garden. We created a masterpiece using the fallen fruit and our hands. Next time you are in nursery please remember to have a look.
