P6B Afternoon Tasks ICT / Drama
Continue to develop your touch typing on the following BBC bitesize link. https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/topics/zf2f9j6/articles/z3c6tfr
Last week you completed Level 1 and 2 for ICT. This week please complete Level 3 and 4. This game is easier on a laptop / keyboard. It was slow when I tried on my apple devices.
Once you have completed Level 3 and 4, try to type some notes of your own using the touch typing approach.
Finally enjoy a touch typing game we have all experienced in class before – Typing Attack. https://www.typinggames.zone/typingattack
Touch typing is an essential skill in the world of work so make sure to try your best.
Expressive Arts – Drama – 31st March 2020
Design a set, using the word document attached, for either your favourite book or film. Choose only one particular scene from the book / movie. For example, I might pick the graveyard scene from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, when Harry and Voldemort have their first duel.
Click on the following link for some interesting suggestions about set design. It provides information about lighting, use of space, props etc. https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/z39x34j/revision/1
Set DesignRemember our set design experience when creating the set for our Japan assembly. Include a key, props and where the audience will be positioned.
