Good Morning Everyone!
Today we have our school assembly which will be at 10am. If you have an older sibling in P4-7 you will be able to watch with them through TEAMS.
Literacy
Today we are going to listen to a Cat in the Hat story about money. It’s an American book so, although it describes American currency (not British), it’s still funny to listen to the rhyming words and learn about the history of money.

After listening to the story, think about these questions. You can answer them by telling someone, writing down your answers in your jotter or on a piece of paper.
- Did you learn anything new/interesting about the history of money?
- Find out about the history of British money. Write down at least three facts you have learned (below is a template to get you stared).
- If you haven’t done so already, look at the money grid. One option is to design your own coin or note. Why not try that today or over the weekend?
Money Facts
It would be great if you have the time to complete the eform to tell us what you thought about money stories and the money grid this week. Thank you.
