Last week of term in Primary 1πŸŽ„

What a busy week in Primary 1!
We all had lots of fun at our first school Christmas πŸŽ„ party.

A special visitor came to our party and gave us all a gift 🎁

On Β Tuesday we made some gingerbread Christmas πŸŽ„ cookies πŸͺ. We had to use lots skills, rolling, mixing, cutting and many more. It was lots of fun, and tasty πŸ˜‹

The Primary 5,6 and 7 put on a Christmas πŸŽ„ Concert for us, we were a very respectful audience and enjoyed listening to them sing.

In number work this week we used our number skills to colour in Christmas πŸŽ„ pictures. We had to use our adding and subtracting strategies to work out the correct colours to use.

We also got to enjoy some time in the sensory room this week which was lots of fun, we all decided we would like to go back again after the holidays.

During literacy we wrote letters to Santa πŸŽ…πŸ» we thought about how old we were and what we had already asked Santa for.

We wish you all a Merry Christmas πŸŽ„ and look forward to lots of learning in the new year πŸŽ†
