Good Morning,

I hope you are all still enjoying the challenge I have set at the start of the week.  This challenge will help you to develop your physical fitness in areas such as stamina (keeping going for long periods of time), strength (building strong muscles) and core stability (keeping your body and stomach muscles tight and strong).

I cannot wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the week, keep working hard!

Don’t worry if Teams or the blog are struggling due to the extra internet traffic.  You can always use one of the websites you know about for online learning, read your book, help around the house, go for a walk (safely) to look for rainbows in windows, try one of Joe Wicks’ online workouts or Oti Mabuse’s online dance lessons, Glasgow Science Centre’s science experiments or listen to David Walliams reading one of his stories online every day at 11 am.
