PE Week 1 Primary 4-7

Fitness Recording Sheet Second Level Fitness Cards

Hi Primary 4 – 7

I have attached fitness cards which show you how to complete some different exercises.  I would like you to complete this circuit Monday-Friday of this week.  Your challenge is to try to beat your score for each exercise each day however if you cannot beat your score do not worry, it is just a little bit of fun.  If you would really like to set yourself a challenge you can also think about exercising for a longer time for example instead of 1 minute work for 1 minute 15 seconds equally if 1 minute is too long think about reducing your time to 30/40 seconds work.  Please make sure that you are taking time in between each exercise to rest, roughly the same amount of time you are using to exercise.  Try to set yourself a challenge.

Use the record sheet or your jotter to keep a track of how many of each exercise you can do.

Good Luck!

Mrs Lafferty
