If you don’t have a printer at home or would like to colour the mindfulness sheets in digitally then follow these instructions to do so.

  1.  Open the file from the folder below and save the image to your desktop.
  2. Open with Paint or Paint 3D.
  3. Using the fill tool you can fill in each section or use the brushes or pens if you wish.

You should also be able to edit these on a phone or tablet if you save to the gallery and then edit.  However, it might only have the pen to colour rather than the fill tool.  If you find another way to do this then please let us know.

Colouring Page Files

Have a great afternoon P3!  Remember to check your Personal Learning Blog for comments and also have a try at the challenges on Sumdog.

Primary 7 Afternoon Task 31.3

Good Afternoon Primary 7

Here at the answers to you Mild, Spicy and Hot algebra tasks today. This was a review, revisit and revise task (perhaps you could give yourself a red, amber or green so I can see how you feel about your own confidence levels).

Hot Answers 31.3 Mild Answers 31.3 Spicy Answers 31.3

We are getting near to the end of our WW2 topic and today we are going to be looking at the important role that women played during the war. There were many different jobs available to women, some that they had never had the opportunity to do before.

This PowerPoint should give you an idea of some of the important roles that women took on and will give you a starting point for your task.

Women in World War II

This afternoon you are going to research Women in War – this can be a particular focus such as the role of land girls or it can be a general overview of the different roles that were available.

When it comes to presenting the information it is entirely up to you – it can be a poster, a PowerPoint, can be a set of notes, you might even want to try and create an animation after the success we saw last week.

Look forward to seeing what you learn and how you decide to present it.

Enjoy the rest of your day and keep active, keep healthy and keep safe!

Primary 4b – Afternoon Maths task

For Numeracy and Maths, I am attaching multiplication worksheets that you can choose from Mild, Spicy and Hot, depending on how challenging you want them to be.

If you can’t print it don’t worry and just solve the sums in your jotter.

Good work!

Pine and Willow groups – you can choose to either or over a couple of days do both.

I would love to hear what books you are reading.  Pop a post on TEAMS with the title and author of your current book.

Remember to keep practising your tables and division.

PE Primary 1-3

Good Morning,

I hope you all enjoyed dancing with Maximo and had the chance to explore other channels and try some different dances.  Today we are going to look at a fitness type of dancing which will link into our fitness learning from last week.  I would like you to follow the link below to Go Noodle and dance along with some Zumba lessons, why not get your grown up involved too!

Zumba Kids

Dancing is a great way to develop lots of different skills such as rhythm & timing, coordination, creativity, confidence and many more!

If you are looking for other ways to keep active throughout the day you can also continue to take part in the Joe Wicks Body Coach PE Lesson which is posted on his YouTube Channel each day.  I have posted the link to today’s workout below.

Primary 4B Morning work 31.03.20

Good morning, boys and girls!

I hope you have had a good and restful night and you are all feeling great!

Let’s start the day with a good workout from the body coach to wake up our brains! Just follow the link:

https://www.techradar.com/news/how-to-watch-joe-wicks-pe-workout-online-march-31

After that, we will have work on Literacy and RME, starting with Reading comprehension worksheets about the story of Palm Sunday.

The Mild worksheets have 1 star, the Spicy have 2 stars and the Hot have 3 stars. You can choose the one you prefer according to how challenging you want it to be.

In alternative, you also have the Spring worksheets, also coded with 1,2,3 stars for Mild, Spicy and Hot, respectively.

Please complete only one of them, Palm Sunday or Spring, either Mild, Spicy or Hot and check your answers against the answer sheets provided.

Will post the work to the blog and to Teams but check the blog’s links first since it seems to be working better.

Good work!
