This afternoon we are continuing on with our HWB fortnight focus, so please remember to work on the challenge set by Mrs Lafferty.

We are also  going to be looking at how professional athletes eat on a day to day basis. The link below takes you an article all about different athletes and what they eat on a daily basis. Have a read about the importance of eating healthy and then create an example of a meal plan, for the whole day – breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, there is an example menu below. You can create the menu for any athlete of your choice, it could be you favourite footballer, respected rugby player, greatest golfer! There is an example menu included below to give you some ideas.
