Good morning boys and girls from P4!πŸŒžπŸ˜ƒ

We hope you have been enjoying your more active tasks and have been taking a lot of time to play, walk and talk to your families and some friends.

Well done to all the ones who have been posting their work on to their blogs, we are very proud of you!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

The Summer has officially started yesterday and because of that, we have decided to dedicate the rest of this week to work on Sun safety. Although many of us aren’t planning on going abroad this year to very sunny places because of this bad virus, we can’t forget that every place can be dangerous if we are not careful enough! Maybe except for the North and South PolesπŸ”πŸ”πŸ”, since we wouldn’t dare not to be all covered with clothes there!🀣🀣🀣🀣

So, here are your tasks for today:

TASK 1 – READING COMPREHENSION ABOUT THE SUN – It’s really interesting!πŸŒžπŸŒ€β›…

You can, as usual, choose from the different kinds of challenge:

THE SUN – READING COMP – MILD

THE SUN – READING COMP – SPICY

THE SUN – READING COMP – HOT

TASK 2 – BATTLE SHIPS GRID REFERENCE – It is super fun and the whole purpose is for you to play with your family or friends!πŸš’βš“

First, watch this power point about grid references:

GRID REFERENCE POWER POINT

Second, read the instructions sheet here:

BATTLE SHIPS GRID REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS

Third, play the game and have lots of fun!

Here are the grids for you!

BATTLE SHIPS GRID REFERENCE

If you can’t print this, don’t worry! Just copy it down to a piece of paper and cut it in half! That’s what we always do when we want to play!πŸ˜ƒ

Don’t forget to post who won! Good luck!πŸ˜ƒ
