Dear Parents and Carers,

Primary 7A have had a busy week! We used story starts as a basis for our narrative writing .Some of our stories are amazing but we will have to complete them after the October break. Our class completed a science report, based on our salt crystals experiment. We discussed the results and why certain things may have happened. We also read the final chapters of our class novel and are looking forward to starting a new book! In numeracy we have been working on word equations and how to solve them. In maths we have been learning to visualise buildings and what lies to the right, to the left and behind . We have also been learning to draw buildings using a particular scale. As part of food technology, we made malteser tray bake,!  We worked together in groups and tried hard to follow the recipe exactly! In art, we made origami cranes which proved to be quite tricky, luckily we have some in house experts who were able to help us complete the task!

Congratulations to Ignacy who won our hot chocolate award this week.

Have a super weekend

Mrs Lea and P7A
